Muchmore, to whit: "October 27, 1930 To the City Councils of the City of Keene, New Hampshire In the will of Harry B. Muchmore there was a clause as follows: "I give and bequeath to the City of Keene the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), in trust however, the income only to be used for the perpetual care of the cemetery lot in which I am buried." Therefore please find herewith enclosed check payable to the City of Keene in the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be held in trust under said will. Very truly yours, W. H. Watson" "A Joint Resolution relating to the Harry B. Muchmore Cemetery Fund. Resolved by the City Councils of the City of Keene, as follows: That the City of Keene by its councils, hereby accepts the Harry B. Muchmore Cemetery Fund of One Hundred Dollars, in trust, however, the income only to be used in the care of Lot No. 713 in Woodland Cemetery North East Division.
